In the Quiet: Finding Wisdom in the Everyday

As I walked through the forest today, I couldn't help but listen to the wisdom of the trees. As the powerful wind took over the sky, the trees demonstrated flexibility in their movement, allowing them to dance at the speed of the air instead of resisting it and facing greater chances of breaking. What we resist persists. We can not let go until we go through.
