Sand Dunes, Morocco
May 2024
On May 26th I returned to Morocco as I had difficulty transitioning back to western society. Morocco is a place that I believed could offer me a smoother transition. Dancing in Morocco was a very important form of expression for me.

Dobratsch, Austria May 2024

I stayed with a friend I had made in Nepal. It was very healing to have her by my side through my transition back into the comfort of a bed, shower, accessible food supply.
Lumbini Region, Nepal
May 2024

After Everest Basecamp I headed straight to the jungle with a brief idea of where my friend was located. After three days of traveling and searching for him, I found him. Together we lived in the jungle. All I had was a lighter, some rice, a headlamp, a toothbrush, a kettle, toothpaste, a candle and things we found. We had no watch, no phone, no money, no shelter.
Kala Patthar, Nepal
April 2024

I peaked Kala Patthar which is at an altitude of 5,644 meters in altitude alone at 4:30am. I got the opportunity to witness the moonset and the sunrise with a clear view of Mount Everest. I was lucky the altitude did not impact me so I climbed with ease. Alone in the Himalayan Mountains.
Everest Basecamp, Nepal
April 2024
Reaching Everest Basecamp alone was an incredible experience. I celebrated my arrival with the mountain and I felt honoured that she welcomed me with such grace.
Chitwan National Park, Nepal
April 2024
We walked 20 km without any weapons, following urine and tiger footprints. We were no longer spectators of nature, we were completely emerged in it. During these three days we were no longer observers of nature from the comfort of material separation. Our lives depended on paying attention to the present moment. We could not be bias to the superficial luxury of escaping what is for a single moment. It was an exceptional experience to live.
Pokhara, Nepal
April 2024
This picture was taken as I went for a walk along the lake of Phewa. Reaching Pokhara from Syabrubesi was an adventure in itself. I left at 11am on the 28th of March and arrived on the 29th at 2:45am. I had one bus transfer and one scooter ride. I was sat on for roughly 4hours by a woman who was twice my weight. It was extremely hot and we were 15 people in a 9 passenger car. Due to traffic it took us 3h to travel 8.8km. The most tiring days in Nepal aren’t while Trekking they are bus ride days. In three months in Nepal this bus journey was definitely the most challenging.
Langtang National Park, Nepal
March 2024

Kathmandu, Nepal
February 2024

A city without sidewalks, traffic light or stop signs. A place where street directions are optional to follow. The city is vibrant and people are very direct with their intentions. What was an adjustment was the fact that there is no grass or trees in the city. I stayed in this town for five weeks and only when I sneaked into the most luxurious hotel I could access a patch of grass in which I layed. The air pollution is dangerously high in the city.
Jbel Toubkal, Morocco
Climbing the highest peak of North Africa at an altitude of 4,167m. Climbing the first day to the refuge which is at an altitude of 3207m. The next morning we trekked before sunrise to reach the top for sunrise.
Saõ Miguel, Azores, Portugal
December 2023

I met a girl in Lisbon whose energy struck me, we decided to go to the Azores together. We decided to sleep in the car we rented to limit our spendings. It was amazing, looking to find places to clean, charge our phones, get food, find places to park the car to sleep, find places to use the bathroom and fill up our water bottles.
The nature there was nothing short to incredible.
Vipassana, Portugal
December 2023
Ten day silent retreat where you can not indulge in any external interactions. This includes speaking, drawing, writing, reading, eye contact. The ten days consist of meditating, sleeping, eating and limited walking. Although you are not meant to stretch I did as my body was sore from the hours of sitting.

Bare,
Grounded.
Walking on stones.
Pain in the feet without accepting defeat.
A land that reminded me of my strength,
My beauty.
The warrior inside of me.
Bare is achieved both mentally and physically.
As I shed the layers to my ego; I can’t help but do it on a physical level.
Nature welcomes us,
provides for us and is nothing but authentic to us. I can’t help to do the same. In western society we sexualize bodies, especially women’s. Viewing it through lust instead of a lens of art. Millions, billions of cells creating an organism.
So complex, it has the capacity to acknowledge a thought, a movement and represent our creativity.
The human body is a beautiful vessel. It allows us to feel when our minds do not listen. It is a constant reminder that we are alive. We are portals for new lives. We are creatures of the land. Learning to provide for it, for it to provide for us. We achieve this through communication that derives from the soul.
Taroudant Souk
November 2023
I spent a little over three weeks in Taroudant where I lived with a local family. Being in a traditional town was amazing. There were no grocery stores so the souk (market) has abundance! People take the time and hospitality is remarkable.
Santiago de Compostela
October 2023
After travelling over 650km by foot I celebrated my arrival in Santiago de Compostela. The next day I was off again to complete another 100km to reach Finisterra (right picture). The place that was thought to be the end of the world before europeans discovered America.
750 KM BY FOOT!
